The site looks okay overall, like there’s nothing really wrong with it. It just feels a bit basic, you know? A few pages could use some cleaner spacing and maybe a more modern feel to make it look more polished.

I reached out to support and got a reply way later than expected, which was a great chance to practice patience, I guess. When they finally did respond, the help was minimal, so I was left figuring most of it out myself. Not exactly the smooth customer service experience I was hoping for

I requested a refund after my order didn’t work out, and at first I thought it was going to be simple because they replied quickly. But then it just went quiet, and I had to keep following up to get any kind of update. Like, make it make sense, if the refund is being processed, just tell me what’s going on.
The money did come back eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the waiting around and vague communication made it more frustrating than it needed to be. A clear timeline from the start would’ve made the whole thing feel a lot less annoying.

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just not right for me. The shirt felt tight around the chest, and the sleeves were way too long. The material itself was fine, nothing special but decent. What made it more frustrating was waiting for it to arrive and then realizing I probably wouldn’t even wear it. Not sure I’d order again

I got my order from Bolongaro Trevor, and honestly... it wasn’t quite right!! One of the items was different from what I picked, and the size was off too??? Shipping was fine, no major issues there, but the order accuracy definitely needs some work. Just kind of annoying to have to deal with, especially when you’re expecting everything to show up correctly!!

I ordered because the site clearly showed the item was in stock, so I figured everything was good and I’d be getting it soon. But after placing the order, I found out there actually wasn’t anything available. It was frustrating because if I had known it was out of stock from the start, I wouldn’t have wasted time going through the whole checkout process and waiting for an update

I ordered from Bolongaro Trevor, the delivery part was a mess from start to finish.

At checkout, it gave me a delivery date, but that day came and went with nothing showing up. I kept having to check for updates myself, and the tracking was... it was just confusing and not very helpful.

Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me, it was not worth the stress. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again...

I was disappointed with this. It felt kind of cheap right out of the package, and it didn’t hold up for long. The stitching was already loose, and it didn’t really look like the photos either. For the price, I expected better, but it just wasn’t it for me. I wouldn’t buy it again.
